So, earlier I was watching the ticker of an NFL game and saw that the Browns took possession of the ball with about 1:45 or so in the fourth, up 42-34, and saw that they keep moving the ball and getting a couple first downs. I think the last update I saw was when the Browns got a first down with around 1:20 or so left around midfield. I figured that since they had taken some down to get the first downs (I think I saw a 3rd and 3 before getting another first down), that the Raiders had used all their TOs. So what the fuck happened that the Raiders got the ball back with around a minute or so after then Browns had it first and ten at midfield with just over a minute left?
