I don't know how to explain it, but he was not a very good coach in Cleveland. He did seem to start putting it together in 1994, but then '95 happened and it was over.

We'll never really know his coaching chops. Had Brady the bulk of his career and when he hasn't had Brady receives the luxury of playing in the AFC East.
