If you're gonna bottom out... go all the way.. don't half ass it. If they've got value for trading to try to build through the draft .. then do it. Don't go half measures and try to win while rebuilding. Either rebuild or try to win...

There has been talk since last season about trading Thomas. I will believe it when I see it. Either way this team is rebuilding. I mean there is always a dumpster fire in the factory of sadness that can manage to hit rock bottom. Maybe the FO is setting the bar for a level of suck that has yet to exist.

My guess is they are taking in to consideration the fact that Thomas doesn't care too much to be in Cleveland anymore and deserves to go to a team with a pulse, coupled with the fact that once Joe's gone, they'll need another LT so they might as well get a young one with lots of promise. I get that Tunsil can only dream of being as accomplished as Joe is in the NFL but that holds true for everybody.

Everybody remember this moment...for once, I would agree with what the clowns are (theoretically) doing. Joe Thomas ain't getting any younger. He's entering his 10th year, and it seems like he's already starting to slip a bit. So, odds are by the time you're ready to field a competitive team, Joe is well past his prime. If you're gonna suck...then SUCK. Deal him to help rebuild, and maybe give him a chance to end his fantastic career on a winner.

I actually don't think trading Thomas and taking Tunsil is a terrible idea, IF they get a first rounder for Thomas. Any less than that, add it to the shit show, when the next David Veikune comes with a second rounder.

The answer to the rest of that question is no. Bitonio is the only other NFL player I can think of. Maybe Kirksey. But they're not paying them anything.
