I'm absolutely tearing my hair out over the idea of losing all of these free agents who haven't won a damn thing.

They haven't since about 2007...and that was fleeting.Does Cleveland know they have a professional football team?
Michael Silver @MikeSilver
I am hearing that RT Mitchell Schwartz likely won't return to the Browns...
NEVER... NEVER.. could I imagine.... going BACKWARDS from being putrid
keep in mind they have ~ $50M in cap space... and there is a CAP FLOOR that they MUST hit. So if they don't get there top targets they might have to way overpay on some one twice as shitty. While this team needs to find a replacement for Schwartz @ RT, I for one, was never impressed with the quality of his play going back to when he was drafted. Why overpay for a RT that was average at best? Personally, I won't miss Mitch.
IMO, Mack is the one that will be hard to replace even though he is not the player he was before the broken leg. Is Erving ready take over? He better be.
Travis will be missed at WR and PR. Maybe, and that's a BIG maybe, Josh Gordon comes backs a new man at the same talent level and that makes up for the loss at WR. Gordon as the #1, Hartline #2 with Hawkins / Gabriel in the slot is not bad. Maybe Pryor finally makes the adjustment at WR or an option as a flex TE. Bottom line is there were really no other WR out there in FA that could have been considered a true #1 WR.
The inactivity is somewhat disappointing but at least they are not reaching on some guys considering it's not a top line FA market and they plan on really building through the draft. Of course that is contingent on the knuckleheads making the correct picks.
Just my two cents.

Agreed but the problem is they will fuck it up instead of doing massively stupid 1 year deals to free up space later.. they'll do 5 year deals with back loaded cap hits that will fuck them for the future. They might finally be tanking properly. It's about damn time. Enough of this "trying real hard" crap.

Saying "they're screwed" is always a pretty safe bet.So based on the video, he isn't ready. So they are basically screwed unless they draft a rookie. In which case, they are screwed unless the kid is a second coming of the New Orleans version of LaCharles Bently.
