Reports: Johnny Manziel's party the source of Josh Gordon, other Browns' tardiness
The Browns quarterback, who last week was placed on IR with a hamstring injury, reportedly threw a big party Friday night ahead of Cleveland's
season finale in Baltimore on Sunday — that explains wide receiver Josh Gordon's
one-game suspension for missing a walk-through practice Saturday.
Cleveland.com on Sunday morning
confirmed a CBS report that Manziel, who was fined an undisclosed amount for missing scheduled treatment of his hamstring, indeed threw the party, and that Gordon and other unnamed players attended.
The Browns had to send security to Manziel's home after he failed to show up at the team facility or answer his phone, according to Cleveland.com.
