Shocking. Browns cut Lewis and sign another WR. I wish they would sign some DB's.

Mary Kay Cabot@MaryKayCabot

Agreed...no reason to just sign guys to sign them, but No receiver they sign now is going to ever supplant Gordon, Little, Bess, Nelson, or Benjamin. That's already 5 deep, which we aren't at DB. It's always a long shot to find guys at the bottom of the roster that can play, but at this point they can be good ST players as much as receivers can, and if someone does turn out to be good they actually have a chance to see the field on defense too.

most of these move are training camp or practice squad fodder moves, nothing more.
that is what you have been saying ever since the draft… You say that about the place kickers and the punters and the wide receivers and the offensive lineman and the running backs and the defensive lineman. I will admit that you did not say that about Hoyer and I do not think he can say that about the DB's because they have not signed anymore but they have cut a couple. So you tell me who is going to stay and who is going to go since you seem to know everything about camp fodder

exhawg does not claim to know anything and everything about Cleveland sports even though he knows quite a bit more than tsteele. However, both of them need to make a contribution to get the red banners which look so nice.

Most of these middling rb and wr moves are camp fodder. What else would you call them? I don't quite get why you went spazz mode over me stating the obvious.

I now see you are using the word most. I thought everyone that I mentioned after the draft was camp fodder according to you. I just do not know how you know so much because I certainly do not.

On another note, I noticed that Hoyer thinks that he is starting QB material:lol:

are you really trying to argue semantics? the browns wr rotation is set. the browns rb rotation is set. picking some guy off the scrap heap at the wr or rb position is nothing more than camp fodder. it's quite obvious. I still don't get your spazz attack over obvious moves.
