Being that Ratliff is one of Mangini's NY boys, it wouldn't surprise me in the least. Hopefully DA can show something this preseason so that he'd have a shred of trade value if necessary, but I ain't counting on it. He's had ONE good game since November 2007. ONE. The guy tossed a TON of interceptions in college and he hasn't changed a bit.
