Cleveland Browns (2009 Season)

What's even more interesting are the rumor's ESPN has going about BE being in the center of Browns-Jets talk.

I'm not saying it isn't possible, but do they have any truely dynamic recievers that would could get in return?

I could be wrong, but I think BE still being a Brown after the draft signals that he will be a Brown in 2009. I think most of the trade talk was centered around their ability to get one of the big-name recievers in the draft.

I agree with you Bro. BE is here for 2009. We would have traded him by now. Hopefully he can return to 2008 form.

Ex-Buckeye for those who didn't know.. he transferred to Northern Iowa though. I'd say Furrey takes the #2 WR or slot position. I'd say slot, as long as Robo proves that he's as ready as we all think.

I think the Browns draft shows that Braylon isn't in their long term plans. If they could get a starter at a need position (Gholston) and a good draft pick next year I could see them making a trade. Hopefully a big name QB on a contender goes down in the preseason so someone will be desperate for Quinn or Anderson. Imagine having 3 first round picks next year.

King ranks the teams from 1-32...

32. Cleveland
Hey, thank me, all you Brownaholics. Two years ago in a column like this one, I wrote that Cleveland was the worst team in the league. The Browns went 10-6. This year I'm saying they're the worst team again -- and I can guarantee you they're not going 10-6, unless Brady Quinn morphs into Tom Brady. Too many holes, too tough a division; write them down for 0-4 against the Steelers and Ravens.

Ouch.

This Browns team is going to be pretty damn bad, though.

I was hoping that Darrelle Revis was coming over on draft day when the Browns traded that pick. The Jets got Sanchez and gave up pretty much nothing.

Like I said earlier: ManKok is acting like they have a plan, but that plan certainly doesn't involve winning anytime soon.

EDIT GO CAVS!!!!
