With the possible exception of the Quinn trade Savage has done a much better job than his predecessors. BTW if we could go back in time to 2004, hire Savage as the GM, and force him to pick the best OL we would have ended up with Robert Gallery. I think I'll stick with Joe Thomas. In fact the only player the Browns passed on in the 2004 draft that I would trade the Soldja for now is Roethlisberger. Hopefully I'll end up looking back on the Quinn pick like the KW2 pick. Hate it for the first couple years and then be happy with it. The only thing Savage could have done better in 2005 is pick a RB #1.
How about Roy Williams and our second round pick back?
