Actually, the judge called us, we didn't call him. From what Will told me, the judge went into work early specifically to re-review our case. I think that change of heart was from a combination of the awesome rapport that he and Vince had (and the judge's apparant frustration about our case) on top of the convo with Will this morning. Will could probably provide more insight on this.

Well, I hereby retract my "asshat" comment about the judge. :biggrin:

I'm glad he took the initiative to re-check the case and rule favorably. Here's to things continuing to go your way...

What a roller coaster ride for all the Clarity clan. Glad you have in place what you immediately need. If the Judge went out of his way to specifically review the case the next morning I have a feeling a lot of it was about giving greater weight to your side, less weight to the Government side of the case.

Sometimes the system works, in ways it isn't meant to work, but it works all the same.
