Cincinnati Reds 2018 season (It's that time of year again)

Meh. Kinsler was safe. The Reds would have faceplanted, never made it to the bag, been tagged out and Frank Drebin would be seen moonwalking past a soon to be Kremcheked corpse.

Sounds like we are going to have to run an animated gif contest that best captures the essence of this franchise.

Given the regulars here and the 2-8 start, I'm guessing this will be some lite, clean family fun.

I’ll start.

First 10 games: 2-8 with a -30 run differential

It's early and I doubt they can keep this scorching pace up but, for reference, here are the two modern era standards of excellence for team futility:

1962 Mets, lost 120, finished 60.5 GB
2003 Tigers, lost 119, finished 47 GB

The all time kings were the 1899 Cleveland Spiders who managed to lose 134 games in a 154 game season.

Keep it up boys...immortality awaits.

At a clip of 2 wins every 10 games, this team is on pace to win 32 out of their first 160. That also gives them 128 losses. The question is, what do they do in those final two games? Can they make it to 130? I have faith.
