He is providing veteran leadership to the young pitchers as well and you just can't put a price tag on that.

Look at what Luis Castillo and Sal Romano are doing. Clearly they are not backing down from the challenge and there is a day in day out competition to be the absolute worst.

Warms my heart to see The Reds Way being passed down from one generation to another. It ensures future generations of Reds fans will be treated to the same experience we have all come to know and love.
