Yeah unforgivably bad play call on 3rd and 2:
  • In general, you should call a play that actually has a chance to convert a short 1st down
  • That play should 10000% be a RUN, because if you by some miracle don't get the 1st down you run 30 more seconds off the clock. So now the Cardinals have the ball with 40 seconds and no timeouts, instead of 1:08... which probably allows them to only complete 2 of those 3 passes that move them into easy FG range
I only saw the second half and Dalton wasn't good, but he was good enough that we could have won the game. The defense was horrible but with all the injuries we suffered at CB I'm not surprised. Just sucks that our coaching staff put us in such a bad situation at the end.

Complete beat down.

Eifert left the game with a pinched nerve, but I think they just kept him out because the game wasn't close. I think he will be ready to go next week. Secondary looked great today. Offense seemed to move the ball exceptionally well. Great game to watch.

I will say, I went to the game while I was in town and was super disappointed how empty it was. This is an 8-2 team going in, and I'd guess it was maybe 75% full. I get we'd last two in a row but that doesn't feel like any excuse for no one being there.

Fans are really bumming me out...having easily the best season I can remember and with an exciting team, yet they can't get close to selling out and they about boo the team off the field in the loss to the Texans.

Oh well, fair weather fans won't ruin the fun I am having this year. Team honestly looks fantastic and are really clicking at just about every position.

Just as I thought we had stayed healthy, our secondary is about down to the grocery clerks at the local Cincy Kroger's. That being said, we better recover. Next man up. Fuck Shittsburgh and all they stand for.
