I do not know. I think that there are better ways of getting your point across to your players. It is sort of like Izzo getting all red-faced and screaming at one of his players on TV. It might work on certain guys but I am sure that other players might react very differently. I do think that there should be a midpoint because sometimes I think Holtmann is almost too laid-back.
