The thing about cut back ability/running backwards is that it does show great vision. In HS you can exploit just about take any opening that you see, at the next level you need to develop the ability to know what angles to take and not to take. I'll take the vision any day and hope he develops a sense of when to slip stream and when to get north.

I'm sure he will have is fair share of sales pitches but for everything I can put together its still a Mostly Texas A&M and Ohio State battle. What are his connections with kids at other schools? I know he has met and became buddies with a few OSU pledges but what pull is working against us? Prior high school teammates? Etc?

I think his connection is that top kids know and meet each other all the time through camps. We can't seriously think he isn't friends with other top recruits through Facebook, twitter, Snapchat, etc. And the fact that every kid at the Opening knows the best of the best are there, is reason enough to be in his ear. Its not a secret that he's uncommitted, so other kids will try and tell him why they're school is best for him. Not much of a surprise. I imagine all the uncommitted players will get approached similarly

So he cut his list to a 'top 5' but called out 3 specifically, and then narrowed it down to 6?
