This is a serious question. What about offensive coordinator? He looked competent as that, at least.

I think, as an offensive coordinator, he could be an asset. He has shown the ability to develop a good offense. As a headcoach, he's too damn arrogant to get out of his own way.

Watch Mangini hires him as the new GM :paranoid:

Nah I think FatBoy takes and NFL assistant job before Ntre Ame fires him. I don't think his ego will allow him to remain vulnerable for too long.

Ego vs Stupidity. Yeah he's got an enormous ego, but he's not so stupid as to kiss off 10M in buyout money.

Better start putting up safety nets below Brent-Spence, Big Mac & Purple People bridges.

Why? People around here aren't going to jump or anything. You'll just start seeing more ND gear at the mall and more UC gear at the thrift store, that's all.

Coaching changes in the top-10 all-time programs since mid-1950:
1 - Penn State
4 - Ohio State
5 - TSUN
6 - Texas
7 - Nebraska
8 - Oklahoma
8 - Tennessee
8 - USC
9 - Alabama (not counting Joe Kines, who coached 1 game)
9 - Notre Dame (not counting Kent Baer, who coached 1 game)

I take it that's also not counting Mike Price & George O'Leary? :slappy:

I maintain he could be a really good OC still, but it has to be with an alpha HC like a Cowher, Parcells, Belichick, etc. As ND HC he has shown that if he has any leverage at all, he'll fuck the entire thing up royally.
