I listened to today's interviews... what I noticed is that most avoided talking about Tommy because they know IMO he's out.
BUT.
When Coop or Garret was talking they mentioned Zach as players who would need to make an impact while leaving out Smith and Tommy. Seems to me Zach is back.
The big one is Tommy and that blows. It really does but you watch Haskell go wild in this game knowing we need him most. He knows he's now our only hope inside.
DE I'm not worried about and honestly watching today I'm not worried about DT either.
I've remembered Vincent playing a ton now, Cage has played a lot and so has Jackson.
We are going to win guys. Waddle returning gives me concern if he plays but I believe he won't be completely ready.
I dunno what it is but I think the Buckeyes are going to take it up another notch. Just have a feeling the defense is going to somehow hold the Tide to their worst offensive performance of the year. My bold, and probably REALLY FUCKING STUPID prediction is the Buckeye D holds the Tide to under 30. Don’t ask me how.
How?
I should've said it first but I have the same feeling.I dunno what it is but I think the Buckeyes are going to take it up another notch. I mean.....it wasn't the least. You could've done less. I wish you had done less."Covid, Covid go away.
Buckeyes want to go out and play."
~adapted from an old Vikings war chant
Folks, it was the least that I could do, so I did it.

Well there’s a reason elephants don’t jump. I think we’re looking at several traumatic lower-body injuries followed by that large mammal dragging his broken body to the elephants’ graveyard. Meanwhile, the poisonous nut feels no pain.
They’re very good no doubt but defensively this is the worst the SEC has been in a LONG time. Personally I think the Tua offense in 2018 was better than this one.Change that to 40-45 and I can see it
This is a generational offense. Especially if Waddell (sp?) is back.
Because it had these guys as the depth. They’re very good no doubt but defensively this is the worst the SEC has been in a LONG time. Personally I think the Tua offense in 2018 was better than this one.
Throwing the ball quick is great but that means they aren't throwing deep which is a win.One thing that hasn't been talked about quite as much as other things (understandably) is how well Combs and co. were able to draw up blitzes and how well the LBs were able to get home on them. That really seemed to throw Lawrence off as the game went into the 2nd Q. He started throwing off his back foot to avoid the contact.
Jones seems to be better at getting the ball out quicker, but they still must make an effort to make him feel rushed. Having 4 senior LBs with a variety of skills does help quite a bit. Hopefully Vincent, Cage, Hamilton, and Jackson can play and play out of their minds.
See i dont get this attitude... I mean I agree with you that we probably won't do what's necessary to eliminate Smith. That said we could if we committed the resources.Already said it before, no sense trying to stop Smith catching any passes, we just don't have the horses - no one does. All in on stopping Harris, hold him down like Etienne and hit Jones as many times as possible. Then on Offense repeat Friday and bring home the Natty.
