Letterman row made a good point about this game... a lot of the kids probably want to play to just get this year over with which probably isnt a bad idea.

If JF can stay healthy I guess you just play and let the chips fall.

If we have key DL out, particularly Togiai, that would be enormous trouble against Bama... even if the rest of our DL is set to go. Any more DL than Togiai and Smith and I'm sorry, that is just going to turn ugly. DL is the most important cog of the team imo with the way they've played and Bama has an incredible OL (and uncanny immunity to covid it seems). I don't know that we can or should postpone the game if there are real issues on the DL, but it's concerning.

But with this year, I'm just going to see what happens and roll with it. This has been an incredible year no matter what happens, even as much as we all want to see another title.

Pretty much...if we get Harrison back that takes the sting off of Smith but if we are losing Tommy too? Ugh that's really bad news. The good news at least is to me Alabama does more off tackle than it does through the A gap.

I want this season to end and hopefully with a win over Alabama which is why if we aren't losing more than a few we should play. If we continue losing starters though I hope we tell everyone involved we will play when we can play which is in 2 weeks. I don't want this team to get embarrassed they deserve better.
