A few thoughts:

• I'm not too upset about this. I never had a good feeling about this game and aren't shocked at how it's played out.
• This was a year early in any event. I figured this year for a big 6 bowl and two, maybe even three losses.
• The above being said, something does need to be done about Beck. Anyone with even a passing knowledge of football can see the glaring step backwards in both play calling and QB play the last two years. 75 yards of total offense in the 1st half. Unable to score off two picks.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going into the depths of an absinthe binge.

2nd half has to be better. Not that I am thinking positive, it is just really hard to have worse stats.

Urban needs to tell Warriner to come down to the sidelines for the 2nd half to coach the line, tell Beck to head to the hotel, and call the offense himself in the 2nd half with the other guys in booth giving him the overhead observations. Rather obvious nothing good is going to come down from the booth at this point.

Either that or take over the playcalling. I think we've got too much CEO right now and not enough coaching. And it's killing our offense and special teams.
