Agreed CB6, I posted that more because I thought it was evidence of how little newspapers and national magazine know about recruiting...

Bingo. The say our class is "average", but it has one of the highest "average star" ratings.

It appears "average" due to three things:
1. Its a small class
2. We lost out on those three big recruits at the AA game
3. We didnt address a couple of positions of need (see number 2).

But, all in all, the class should have some future stars in it

Obviously the people of Daytona are shocked by his commit to us. But everything I've read about him has said the only thing keeping him from an early commit to us was his mother not wanting him so far from home. His brother Kenny going to Ga Tech was a stretch for her.

But Mama Scott has to be proud that she has two boys that are Div1A talents. And I think we got the better of the two.

Oh and...Go Mainland. Beat Seabreeze.

I don't believe one is needed. He would now have to transfer - and sit out a year - if he were to leave OSU.

Ok the whole situation is still confusing to me...

Also by the thread title it makes it seem like he enrolled in the winter, but he is not enrolling till spring quarter right?

Unless you're enrolled before signing day (Homan, Clarett), you're going to sign a LOI--this includes guys entering in March.
