With all the 8-8 teams, that Oakland pick could be top 15. I know the tie breaker for the draft is different than the regular season (I believe it's strength of schedule), and I am not about to go through all of it. It can be anywhere from 13 to 19. Oakland's strength of schedule can't be that high, so the Bengals may luck out.
