Well not to be pedantic about things...well actually to be pedantic about things... using SEC can refer to more than the narrow definition of the SEC office itself. It can actually refer to the collective group of schools, football programs and fanbases. I guess that I could have simply typed out every school's (excepting Vanderbilt's) name as the sentence's subject but figured people would understand the difference.
And yes, the SEC culture encourages cheating and has been at the forefront of new and unique ways of cheating in football recruiting that make the innovations of our space program seen rather bland and uncreative in comparison. I'm not exactly breaking any new ground here.
