Clinton (Miss.) 5-star RB Cam Akers' visit to #Michigan this weekend is now OFF.
The 5-foot-11, 213-pounder played in the state semifinals on Friday night, a 38-31 win over Madison Central, and then caught a flight to Columbus Saturday morning. We're told he was not on the sidelines prior to the game because he arrived after kickoff.
Yeah I get what you mean because I do love Dobbins. I'm trying not to let Dobbins injury affect me too much because it happens to all body types............but Akers just looks like an absolute MONSTER in the mold of the truly elite. He just flat runs over people but can still give a juke and run by them. Dude just runs with bad intentions and it jumps out to me on film. You want to deny him the endzone? Bring an army.I'd love to add Akers to the class but if it cost us Dobbins I'm not real sure which I'd want...
Wad said he'd take Dobbins and call it a day... Aker would have been nice but I stand with WadeThe last 6 or 7 CB's have him going to the Noles including Steve Wiltfong who cast his this Saturday. Sucks..........I have been hearing he was staying south but hoping we still had a shot.
Hey I always stand with Wade too. And I love Dobbins. A bunch. But our stable looks a little thin to me and Akers looks dominate.Wad said he'd take Dobbins and call it a day... Aker would have been nice but I stand with Wade
It seems the staff is set on taking two RB's in next year's class. One is already committed (Brian Snead) and we are supposedly in good position with Zamir White, the #1 RB in the nation.Hey I always stand with Wade too. And I love Dobbins. A bunch. Yeah, I have been thinking this as well, but not sure it will be Zamir as the second RB. No doubt we take 2 next class thoughIt seems the staff is set on taking two RB's in next year's class.
