Anyone else getting really anxious for an annoucement today/very soon? I think Conley Sr. said it might come today, and at the very least they already had all their scheduled talks with people over the weekend. It would seem like the annoucement would be coming very soon.

Ya, that seems kinda weird. A week ago Oden, Conley, and Cook's threads had new replies every 2 minutes. I'm not saying i prefer the constant rumors, but I just think its interesting that all the rumors have kinda died down.

I think the mainstream media spinsters have run out of ways to create speculation, and those close to the situation are being pretty tight-lipped.

That facebook fark is humorous... tho I think Oden is a Reebok guy :wink:

In the Butler and Conley threads there are mentions of the hoops players coaching in the spring football game, but no mention of Greg on either team. Does anyone think maybe Greg didn't want to do this or is this a bit of foreshadowing going on?

hah, my favorite part about it is the groups he's in. Just so those of you who don't have facebook know, I'm pretty sure those group name's arent real, but they sound sooo stereotypical and believable lol.

I didn't specifically hear "wedding" but I did hear on the radio that he'd be out of town...I thought they said Buffalo, NY visiting relatives, so a wedding makes sense.

I am just reporting what I was told straight from Oden's mouth that they all will be in Indy by next week training for the draft instead of attending classes...Apparently BestBuck36 either knows everything or is trying to pretend the situation is not goin on to make him feel better...

That stinks if they'll be in Indy training for the draft instead of here, where I'm sure they could do it and attend classes and not hurt the programs academic standing.

I continue to hold to my "Until I hear it from their mouths" stance, but news like this just makes it all more and more discouraging.

Also, if they HAVE made a decision with the certainty of being sure they'll be out of town next week, I wish they'd just put us all out of our misery and give a statement to the press or something. Give me the "Old Yeller" treatment already.
