I'm still not ecstatic about this bye week, but I am glad we have a great weekend of nonpartisan football. WLOCP and UTex at TTU should be very entertaining and it is always nice to give the nerves a rest, although it sucks not getting to watch the Men of Scarlet.

I have to smile everytime a bye week comes around for any of my sports teams...
As a kid (I think 7ish) My first game in peewee was against the foe "BYE" and I remember thinking "BYU" so there has to be a "BYE" so of course I was pumped to play BYE all week and well game day comes around and the parentals had to tell me that "BYE" was a week of rest.... WTF
