This is the week that the players design a few plays to try out. Remember the Kick off return that was handed off to Zoom last year. It went for long yards and the players had to convince the coaches to do it. So next week maybe they'll try a WR pass to TP as something new.

i had a big day planned with the WLOCP & Texas vs Tech... but not sure if that will happen now.

she needs to learn that she gets no "days" on fall saturdays

I feel your pain. I got the same thing and gave her the same response that there are no "us days" during the fall. She wasn't very happy but she'll get over it
