I used to love their wings but recently the quality of chicken leaves quite a bit to be desired. Either that or my teeth do not work like they used to but I get a lot of gristle.

That's a US agriculture problem, not a BW-3 problem. You want chicken like it tasted 20 years ago, you're gonna have to pay for it.

I started making my own wings, and sauce, at home 6-7 years ago because nobody seems to have good wings anymore. Now, when I go to BWs, I get the boneless wings (I still like their sauces and the salt and vinegar rub on home made french fries is fucking awesome) so I can eat chicken with a fork and don't have hot sauce all over myself. I used to be a serious regular at BWs, but its been 10 years, at least, since they knew my name there. I only go maybe once every 6 months or so to buy some salt and vinegar rub for my home made fires and grab a couple beers while there...
