OnSale really messed up. Though it sounds like other orders were cancelled elsewhere - B&N, for one. Sounds like some of the problems were due to simultaneous orders, but OnSale kept selling for hours after I bought. My guess is that they figured they'd sell what they could find and too bad for everyone else.sepia5;1974784; said:

For those who missed out or had canceled orders (grr), HP may have more Touchpads available this week. Here is the sign-up page for notification.
I doubt they'll allow more than 1 per person, but if I happen across any there or elsewhere, I'll pick up what I can for BPers.

My mother in law just received her Touchpad from Onsale. She ordered it 2 hours after us on Amazon and did not pay for expedited shipping. Pretty cool super secret lottery system they had set up.

I was really pissed about the touchpad, so I bought a new TV to calm myself. My wife is really happy about 2 TV's in 2 weeks...especially since they are both for our bedroom (first one wasn't quite big enough- needed another 10 inches).
She said if I buy another one I should get one with a box big enough to live in.
