In which case you will see the first signs of Bucknuts LLC's defeat if Scout manages to get the whole thing moved to another jurisdiction - say Seattle, or in the alternative a "neutral" location - like Delaware.

If I had any money I'd love to vbet you on that, sand. I doubt this case leaves Montgomery County, Ohio. But I'm broke as a joke. :lol:

We'll just have to wait to see if the Defendants file a Motion for Change of Venue.

Thanks for that analysis. Similarly, I am going to make a bold prediction to the Wall Stree Journal today that the stock market is going to either go up, go down, or stay the same.

OK, no reason to be nice (I was trying...) looks like you are dead wrong. Was trying to let you down early. Good thing you're on Wall St (never heard you mention that before... lol) because you wouldn't last long in the legal field.
