Buckeye Tailbacks - 2004 (official thread)

strohs....again i am only going by what i caught as a blip while driving in rush hour traffic.....plus i suffer from hearing loss....

so do not take what i said as verbatim.....my ears deceive me often.....the only part i really picked up on was the sunday running for him....

and i was nowhere near confident enough to bring it up....most especially when i cant find any collaboration anywhere....

At the risk of sounding harsh, I'm glad it's an inury (hopefully not serious) rather than a behaviorial or academic issue...
I know what you mean....not too sure about the no way for Haw. I agree it would be a waste, but this season is still up in the air. There is still much to play for so it wouldn't surprise me if he gets in

No way. We have Hall, Joe, (gulp) Ross, and Parker at tailback, with Johnson and Shitkicker at fullback. No need to burn the shirt.
I thought Parker was injured to start the season? I just know I haven't heard anything about him all year.

Either way, I would love to see Haw's redshirt come off... at this point though, he could only be used for 4 games. I'd say as an extreme, his redshirt could come off if Hall is injured. No way can we play with Ross and Joe as our two running backs.

From what I understood as well... was that the punctuality thing was why he would see reduced reps this week... from all reports at that point was that he would still play... so I might lend more credence to the injury report as to why he would not even travel with the team.

Parker had a carry at the end of the Cincinnati game, and I thought I saw him in full pads on the sidelines for either the Indiana or Penn State game.
