Do former buckeyes ever come back to do signings? I'm a Bills fan and would love clements, whitner, youboty, or tim anderson? By the way Hawaiian Buckeye that is the picture I had Gonzo sign at Tuttle. (well not that exact picture)[/quote]

Not unless you got it directly from me. That photo is currently ONLY available through me personally!

does anybody know if or when ted ginn will have an autograph session in columbus?:osu3: :osu3:

Keep your ears open. I got wind of the possibility of Teddy doing a signing in Cbus during the 2nd week of Feb. He's limiting his public signings and it's going to be hard to actually get him in person if you don't attend one of the THREE or so he's scheduled. That's the word on the autograph circuit.

Ted Provost and Jim Stillwagon will be at the HOF Cafe at the end of January.

HAYN -- any idea why there hasn't been any information on Troy doing a signing yet? It seems like everyone else in this year's class has done or is scheduled to do at least one, even Ginn whose appearances are apparently being limited.

These guys are hands down some of the worst promoters I have ever seen doing shows. I went to their show with Ted Ginn Jr. this past weekend and these guys have to be rookies at this. I was planning on paying with a credit card and when I got there l found out they only took cash. I asked to pay with a check but couldn't. (This was strange considering that my fiancee paid with a check.) Secondly HAYN you need to call these guys and offer your services. I have never seen worse photos. It wasnt so much that they were bad as it was that the finish was blurry and metallic. They could defintely use some of your pics. After the whole cash only and bad photos I changed the amount of autographs I was buying. I pray that the shows in Northeast Ohio are not all put on by these guys.

It's my experience that it's pretty common for promoters to only accept cash. Most of the time, they're just in the middle of the mall for one day running the signing, and they don't have credit card readers. Of course, if the signing is being held at an actual store at the mall (e.g., Cardboard Heroes), most likely you can pay with a credit card.

A few questions:

- How long was the line?
- Did they allow pictures to be taken?

The worst autograph signing I have been to was the A.J. Hawk signing at the Piqua Wal-Mart last year. Not only did they have no 8x10's selling, but they wouldn't let you take pictures. It was so pathetic. That is worse than the Wilhelm, Groom, and Nickey signing which I was in line for 3 hours. I would rather of done that than to do something like the Hawk signing.

Wasn't the Hawk signing for free? Anytime you have a free signing, you know there's going to be trouble b/c there's suddenly nothing keeping tens of thousands of people from showing up.
