As Dick Vitale might say, this Patriots team is Awesome with a capital 'A'.

The only problem is that they spell class with a lower case 'c'. Even Vrabel today exhibited the poor sportsmanship that has become synonymous with this team. I don't care if he's a Buckeye. If DAnderson gets hurt with his dirty play at the end there, then he should have been suspended for multiple games.

On the other hand, Kudos to Joe Thomas for sticking up for his quarterback there - wasn't disappointed at all to see a Wisconsin Brown rip into an Ohio State Patriot. This Browns team has a starting point now, and its with the offensive line and playmakers like Winslow and Edwards.

Well, the Pats won comfortably but the Browns made them break a sweat in the fourth quarter to put it away. I consider that an accomplishment for this team. I like the way they kept fighting.

No need to put Brady Quinn in at this point. Anderson threw a couple bad picks, but is not this team's biggest problem by a longshot. Hell, he just threw for almost 300 yards against a top-5 defense in the face of a good pass rush and without the team's starting RB there to carry the ball.

What was up with Mike Vrabel? A quote from LaDanian Tomlinson about the players taking on the personality of their head coach comes to mind... That was some dumb shit and it could've cost the Browns their 1st round LT and starting QB if either had been injured.

I watched Anderson turn his back to the line as he dropped back when it was an obvious blitz by NE. They didn't hide the blitz and just overwhelmed the line and smashed Anderson. He was visibly upset at the line, but should have been upset at himself for not checking out of the play. The picks he threw were just horrid. so if you want to comfort yourself with the stats and another loss go ahead..

Not a BQ fan either, but this team goes nowhere with Anderson in the long run...

Typical kneejerk reaction after one bad game against a great defense. I guess the Bengals should bench Carson Palmer too.
Arguing that Anderson IS the long-term answer this soon might also be construed as a knee-jerk reaction... as well as the Palmer comparison.
