Might sound weird but I've always said major sports teams and pro athletes should all be doing yoga with their strength and speed training. longer muscles being stronger muscles, the resiliency is what might keep most of these injuries at bay. Some you just will never be able to avoid. Seems you guys have had a mass amount, especially to very key personnel these past few years.i’m in the minority, but i’m glad he did.
at one time Moffit was probably the best in the business.
but the last several years, we seem to have gotten softer, get pushed around more, and have a ton more injuries.
