Its funny, but losing games like the one this weekend will do more harm to his ND coaching career that any amount of dead student assistants, spewing profanities on the sideline, not disciplining drunk driving players, or dead hookers in trunks of official ND cars.

Kelly was a douche at his press conference. First, he threw his starting QB under the bus.

Second, when asked about the way he interacted with his players - instead of apologizing for being a profane out-of-control ass, he said "I have to remember that I am on TV all of the time.." Yeah, ass, not, "I'm sorry I can't control my emotions any better than a psychotic parent coach at a Sarasota youth football game."

Based on his comments below, at least he gets it. It's not that you turned purple with anger and spit everywhere...it is that you got caught on TV. Note to self: spaz out and $hit my pants in private. Lesson learned. Next!!!
