I don't know if all of you subscribe to Bucknuts. I saw some of Braxton Miller last year but Mark Porter has an exclusive video of Miller. I was impressed with him before. After seeing this video I think there is an argument that he is right there with Terrelle Pryor as a quarterback prospect. I would go so far as to say his passing skills are so clearly superior to Pryors at a similar stage that if it was a boxing match the referee would step in and stop the contest. He has a very quick release. The ball comes up and it is gone. His mechanics are so solid there will be no wasted time trying to work out his fundamentals. He sets his feet and delivers the ball over the top. I noticed how accurate he is. Every ball is where the receiver wants it. He is a sophmore in this film and he is making sight adjustment throws. Get outta here with that. Pryor is having trouble with that right now. This kid, I don't think he has a drivers license yet, is out there executing it like a college veteran. I was frustrated that there were no plays to really get a good look at his arm strength as I was watching this kid, then about three-quarters of the way through I saw it. The deep out. That is the throw that tells the tale on arm strength. Miller throws s frozen rope and it gets there quickly. I was stunned. Pryor is a bigger kid. That is the only thing he has on Miller. I would not say that Pryor is a better runner. Miller runs the offense smarter which makes him a better runner to start with but that aside, Miller is just as impressive a runner. The icing on the cake is he is running the same offense we are seeing Pryor run.
