Brady "XLLL" Hoke (Head Coach San Diego State)

Disseminating aside 'Ohio' was often used in reference to The Ohio State University or it's athletic teams, and it's use was common enough that it resulted in Ohio University filing a lawsuit concerning the matter (which is arguably where the real focus on 'use The Ohio State only' began).

That's an interesting read, but the occasional AP article or TV broadcast aside, in almost no case is there a substantive use of the word "Ohio" that references tOSU as distinct from the state as a whole. Ohio State obviously is an important representative of the State of Ohio, and that's reflected in the many references to the state in our stadium, songs and merchandise. Even the OU-OSU lawsuit was more about symbolic or pictorial representation of the word for merchandising purposes, and it was settled since OU had been called "Ohio" since before were the "The" OSU.

Brady Hoke is dumb. And fat.

Allow me to be equally direct. It was a rhetorical question.

Or a a straw man. Whatever.

Your post, I'll remind you, countered a post made by BayBuck that Max's argument was ridiculous. You chose to counter Bay's post. The rest follows.
See you actually can follow the thread so there was no need for your initial outburst. Good job! We'll rustle you up a shiny turquoise foil buckeye sticker!

If you want your post read in a vaccuum,..
Specifically telling you to read a post in context is expressing a desire for it to be read in a vacuum? Well there goes your good job sticker. :(

...go start a "Historical Use of 'Ohio' When Referring to Ohio State" thread.
No.

Otherwise, your "Who, me?" argument when someone calls out your support for your fellow board contrarian will be unavailing.
"Who, me?" argument? It was more like "what is this gob on about?"

Spouting off with an inane outburst is hardly 'calling someone out'.

Now to be clear talking about the historical use 'Ohio' in reference to The Ohio State University is absolutely relevant in a discussion about a fat slob who thinks he is being insulting by doing the same.

If it bothers you, well I don't give a good goddamn whether you start your own thread or not.

So basically you agree with everything I said, except you don't like that I originally called you out, so you choose to label it an "inane outburst." OK. I think my question was a legitimate one, and you had to respond immaturely because someone had the audacity to challenge your post. Imagine that.

I haven't been keeping up with this thread.

Is Hoke still fat? Is it still funny?

Let me refer you to the latest intel.

Even his feet look obese. Looks like two throw-pillows stuffed into cross trainers. His feet could have a heart attack. Each toe as big as a bratwurst. He sweats Cholesterol, but only the good kind. He's fat.

So, yes.
