But, for programmatic stuff, he can get pretty real as he seems to have solid connections, and his opinions are pretty grounded.

Beav, on the other hand is almost always sunshine. It's never truth if it makes m look bad. And if he can't find any cover, he'll throw out his folksy double-speak where he writes limericky paragraphs that say absolutely nothing.

In short, Webb is the better source for programmatic issues, beav is a good source for, well, nothing. Neither are worth much for recruting info as they both pump sunshine to keep the fanbase happy. In my, IMO.

scUM is a program that operates in the stone age, why should this be any different? It's entirely possible that he didn't see it. But, he was busted in a lie by saying he was told he couldn't take a timeout. There's video of an official looking right at the scUM sideline and saying "timeout?" And as for the ill-fated press conference, aside from the above lie, he looks like a woefully out of touch figurehead in that it was announced by the pizza guy that Morris was diagnosed with a concussion Sunday night, then Hoke goes out and says he would have practiced "if not for an ankle injury." It makes them look like a disorganized mess. I can totally buy that given the buffoons in charge.

Sam Webb's comment makes me wonder who is the UM equivalent of OSU's Mark Pantoni? It's almost comical that the entire staff and athletic administration is holed up in Schembechler Hall and apparently so completely out of touch with the shit storm that had been brewing on every CFB blog, sports site, and Twitter for 36 hours that nobody had the sense to pull Hoke aside and go over some bullet points. Whoever their Pantoni is, that guy should've been fired yesterday.
