But he will have been in the NFL for 5 years by the time PSU finishes "the process of hiring a new coach". I mean, it's not like you do it and you are done.

They actually should hire Larry Johnson. Pay him a meh salary, let hm flounder through the rest of the sanctions, and then use his "failures" to support the need to go outside the PSU "family" to break the bank and make a big hire in 3-4 years.
