2. Michigan
3. Wisconsin
4. Purdue
5. Michigan State
6. Illinois
7. Minnesota
8. Northwestern
9. Penn State
10. Iowa
11. Indiana

Same top 2 as is the case traditionally in football.....it was hard to come to terms with generating the list as a result....it won't last thankfully.

I expect Purdue to be solid and steady, and I expect Michigan to fail in games where they shouldn't because of their youth.
