yeah its fun to clean snow of the dish...
I've never had any problem with snow interferring or ever had to clean the dish. It's pretty hard for the dish to collect snow since it doesn't face up. Even if you did somehow have snow accumulating sideways off your dish, they're so small it'd take about two seconds to clean it off. I'm pretty happy with my NFL Sunday Ticket and 90+ HD channels.

No way. Combine the BTN revenue with that of the Big Ten's other agreements, and the Big Ten is already at the $15 million/year/school mark. BTN revenues are expected to double when the network is running at full capacity. The Big Ten will be more like $20 million per year.

Good point. But dont forget that the SEC already has an awesome deal with CBS as well.
Besides the $$, the exposure from the big 10 network is 1/10th of what the exposure on ESPN is

Problem is, some of those SEC games end up on ESPNU (less than half the distribution of BTN), others end up on ESPN regional feeds. They'll be having multiple concurrent games just like the BTN does. My guess is they end up with an ESPN Plus-like system where you rely on buying Gameplan out of market.

SEC's deal with CBS isn't actually that lucrative. $55 million/year which comes out to less than $5 million/year for each team.

All the numbers here

:slappy:TW just called me... I changed services last year before the season, so almost a year to the day... the girl on the phone sounded so pathetic asking if I wanted to come back now that they have the BTN... I was strong.. I didnt laugh at her.

Here's a chart from the Ozone stating which channel the BTN is on in various Time-Warner locations throughout Ohio.

You may want to verify your own local listings. In other words, if you try to record the game based on this info, and it's incorrect, don't blame me or the Ozone. The article has a disclaimer at the end that says channels are subject to change. :tongue2:
