I'd say both, but mostly I meant historically. You have Wisconsin with 4 award names... they have the 5th most Big Ten awards. Its a small gripe, it really is. But I just don't know what else they were thinking. They contrived balance in football award names when there has never really been that type of balance in Big Ten football.

And again, I just didn't see the need to have EVERY single award named for 2 different people.
