LeCharles is playing with fire.

When the Clarett fiasco was going on there was a new guy here in Columbus on 1460 the fan named Damon Bruce. He had Tom Friend on after Friend wrote his infamous story and he blasted him. Damon Bruce called the piece "sophomoric" and basically said that the story was hearsay and was really unsubstantiated and shoddy journalism.

Friend was obviously pissed during the interview. ESPiN must have been pissed too because Bruce was off the air within days of that interview.

So whats everyone supposed to do? Just take it in the back side? It is obvious to many even outside Ohio State circles what is going on here

I'm sure LeCharles Bentley doesn't need this gig to feed his kids. He's on the radio to keep himself busy. If he gets fired over this I'm sure he'll just put them on blast again.

Can someone post a quick recap?

If ESPiN were an ice cream flavor they'd be pralines and dick.

or

ESPN has huge contracts with Pac 10(12), the SEC and Texas. The B10 has its own network and sold its championship game rights to Fox.

Therefore ESPiN's lawsuit is based on corporate revenge as they are on a witch hunt against the B10 and, to paraphrase LB, want to take its lead horse out back and shoot it.

The lack of coverage for the Oregon, Cal, Texas or anything SEC is given as proof.

He left some holes in his argument to be honest but the spirit of it was right imo.

LeCharles-paraphasing "This is what you get when you have hurt feelings, emotion and huge dollars all involved in a decision." And something about ESPN acting emotionally like a woman....

"Espn is not going after Oregon, UT, and thje SEC (and we all know about the SEC and what they do) because they (ESPN and the conferences/schools) are all in bed together. They are going after OSU because they have no vested interest (read $) in the Big Ten."

He went further than that: EBSPN is going after OSU because they are the premier program in the conference that is directly taking money out of their coffers. It is simply a matter of emotions, revenge and money.

I think "taking the stallion out back and shooting it in the head" were his words
