I'm not certain that this will make WR an issue of need for the draft. The Bengals still have Kelly Washington, has proven himself to be a capable 3rd WR, and Kevin Walter, a guy with whom I have been very impressed when he has been in at receiver. Also, it will be interesting to see if Tab Perry gets a shot at the 3rd spot. He showed great speed and ability in open space returning kickoffs and I would love to see what he can do at WR.
I would predict that the Bengals will take a WR no earlier than the 5th or 6th round, unless there is a guy who has, for whatever reason, stayed on the board significantly longer than he should have. (ala taking Henry in the 3rd round last year.)
Just my thoughts. If I knew what I was talking about, they would probably be paying me. :)
