If he gets into the secondary and tries to run over Steltz they will probably be taking both of them to the lockerroom for repair. :-)

All I'm going to say is that Chris Wells has the Stiff arm of doom. Too many times I've seen guaranteed tackles fail because of that stiff arm.

i thought you said tOSU's o-line isn't "as good as Auburn's" not "as dirty as...", or are those two adjective meant to be interchangeable?

Please do not put words in my mouth. If I wanted to call OSU dirty I would do it directly and I did not. Auburn has a very good offensive line and gave us alot of trouble. Many thing Auburn are dirty but I just do not see it. I think it was a case of an 18 year old kid making a mistake. He was not perminatly injured and Dorsey said he is not worried about it...

Dorsey against Auburn OLINEMAN Chad Ramsey.

Then I guess you didn't watch the highlights that week. The chop was covered pretty extensively. Nasty stuff.

I apparently should have added, "by the Buckeyes". I saw what happened to Dorsey live.

I believe Auburn had 2-3 OL selections on Rivals All-American list. While OSU's OL may be better, they are no slouch either. If that's what he meant, that's an awfully strange reply. Nutriarch says y'all don't play dirty like auburn's OL, and muffler points out that he hasn't seen dirty play (from osu)? Unless he's channeling donny, Nutriarch's interpretation makes a lot more sense. Either way...
that's not really called for at all. Save it for the occasional troll, Nutriarch's been an excellent guest.

j:

I was discussing the situation with slutiger. I gave the stats to show that tOSU OLine is just as good (if not better than Auburn's) according to Rushing Offense.

When Nutriaitch came in, I believe he was just commenting that our OLine wouldn't be as dirty. To which I responded that I hadn't seen any of that dirty shit. And like I just wrote, I should have written, "I haven't seen any of that dirty shit by the Buckeyes."

That's the situation.

Just to ask: since I posted my data, does that change your perception/opinion of how our OLine stacks up to the Auburn OLine?

My bad, I didn't go back far enough in the quotes to realize the original discussion. Paging BKB for the penalty assessment. Carry on.

Not really because Auburn's top running back was out for 4 games. That is when they had that bad stretch. I have a lot of respect for Auburn. Your running game is much better than Florida, Ole Miss, Miss State. I would say you guys are as good as Auburn and Arkansas on the offensive line and run game.

He will need to make some LB's miss. Highsmith is NFL talent and very fast and strong. It will be very intersting to see that matchup. I can not believe your Oline is any better than Auburn's. I just do not see Well making a living on Jan 7 going at GD and RJF.

Doesn't Auburn start three 18-yr old true freshman on their offensive line? Note: Jimmy Clausen is a 20-yr old true freshman, so your assumption of redundancy is unwarranted.
