So does anybody else think that it would be morally wrong to ditch a girl on promnight to watch the georgetown game? Most of my friends said i should just go to the dance but my only friend whos as close of a Bucks fan as I am says he sees nothing wrong with it. So what do you say buckeye nation?
The two valids reasons for not watching this game are;
1. You don't believe in God who wants you to watch this game.
2. God won't bring you back to life

Everyone is making some very valid points, but I feel like i should add this to the equation....

last weekend i also had a dance to go too (fuckin crazy, i know) so i watched the game while missing the last 5 minutes or so becaue everyone was meeting at 7, in those last 5 minutes or so the boys turned it on and started laying down the smack, so my thoughts are maybe the same thing will happen......as long as i keep my Ted Ginn jersey on under the suit as i did last weekend

that's just my reasoning, and i just dont think that the girl is a big enough sports fan to understand the situation otherwise

how hot is the broad? She would have to be Jessica Biel-hot to miss the final 4. Is this your Senior prom? Is the girl freaky in bed? Would you be better off without a date and trying to pull in some strange at the after-party? All very important ?'s to ask yourself.......

A thing to consider, just how big of a fan are you? My observation is that better plans should have been layed out last weekend. Also, put aside any argument that "they'll be back in the Final Four next year." I'm 44. I can't recall the 1968 Final Four. Our only other appearance was 31 years later, now 8 years after that. That's 3 FF's in my lifetime. I know some will argue about the great incoming recruiting classes and all, but the fact is it's tough as hell to reach the FF, let alone having a team that's a legit contender. The "Matta" era looks incredibly promising, but opportunities like this don't come along very often. If you at your young age are truly a TOSU basketball fan and love this program, I don't believe that you would have ever asked a bunch of nummies like us this question. Just some things to consider. However, if your "date" happens to be named Hayden Pannettiere, forget the hell out of what I just said. After all, "they'll be back in the Final Four next year.":biggrin:

So if I understand correctly, the Bucks play better when you don't watch?

Then it's simple, you're taking one for the team and going to the prom!

Stay home, watch the game, then order a hooker with all the money you'll save from dinner, limo and all the extra BS. It's the Final Four for Pete's sake, and these games may very well be your last chance to see Oden, Conley etc. in Scarlet and Grey.

Oh, tough one! I think I'd have to do the world a favor and "save the cheerleader" in this circumstance! If you know what I mean :biggrin:

HAYN

PS I'd demand that a big screen tv be available for viewing the game in a side room...this happens at weddings all the time for those mentally challenged (cough) Buckeye Fans that sign away their lives on a Buckeye Saturday.

Ok, first of all your "Playa" card is officially revoked just for asking everyone on here, who know better, how to handle your business!

Now to the matter at hand.

First you schedule your dinner early. Your mothers can take all their damn pictures and she can be seen in her pretty little dress. You go to your early dinner and then rendezvous at a pre-determined place to meet your friends, who should also be making these same plans, to watch the game before going on to prom. Hey look its not cool to arrive early to Prom anyway, right?!

If you had planned on going to Prom by yourself, just take her to Hooters for dinner and watch the game on the big screen!:pimp:

Now handle your business young Buck!
