This may be my favorite non-Buckeye game ever. Off the top of my head, the only one I can think of that compares is 1994 (or was it 1995?) when Kordell Stewart threw the hail mary to beat Michigan.

Another good game was a couple of years later, when Michigan had Northwestern beat. All they had to do was get the first down and not fumble. The running back got the first down, and then he fumbled. Northwestern picked it up and got a touchdown a few plays later to win. Beautiful. I should try to find that...

I love it, because it is tragic on so many ways. The futility of the fumble, the quick NW TD, the 2 point play, the faked field goal that did not work. That is a lot of pain!!!!

Oh one thing, I know a lot of people are down right now and may not go to the OSU game because that has the portends of a real nightmare. So if you are a regular ticket holder and aren't going to the game, please sell or better yet, gift them to a UM fan. Someone who may not be able to go to the game or has never been to the stadium. Let them go and enjoy the fun aspects of visiting the stadium. If you are hosting Thanksgiving maybe some of the out-of-town crowd might want to check things out. PLEASE do not sell them to a OSU fan.
