thanks guys, like i said earlier, i feel a lot better. My wife went outside and mowed and took my daughter over to her grandmas so i got a nice 3-4 hour nap.

Since then i have been drinking water and everything is staying down, not staying in but staying down. :)

yeah i think i was almost over it and then dummy me had to try and eat something solid and ended up puking and shitting again last night. So its back to liquids again.

only good thing is, is that i have lost about 12 pounds over the past 3 days.

Yes I have had it and it wasn't fun so I sympathize for you.
I was at a reception at a Legion hall and ate the chicken sandwiches. Everyone who ate them got sick so they had to bring in the county health dept.:tongue2:
