do you OWN the car free and clear? if not, put gut root shit in there. i only put low grade in the trailblazer since we are leasing, fuck that extra 12 cent shit

I'm paraphrasing what was in last week's Kiplinger Letter. Wait until 2006 to buy a hybrid car. The existing $2000 deduction will become a big credit after 05. The credit for a Prius will be around $2,750. BUT, don't wait too long as the credit phases out after a manufacturer sells 60,000 hybrids, which I am sure will happen quickly if gas prices stay at this level.

My Galant gets 27 mpg, and I am really glad I bought a car rather than a truck or SUV. Filled it all the way up from E for $32 yesterday. My dad just got a new F-150 at the beginning of the summer and he is now looking to get a car to do most of his driving in. I think he would save over $200 a month just getting my 27 mpg. He has to drive 86 miles to and from work every day. Freaking nuts. Only problem is 6'5" guys have a hard time fitting in small cars.
