I heard a crack of lightning and a stone tablet fell to the ground. It says

"Founded i"

which isn't too helpful. But the post-it on the back reads:

"The official garb of the Tinman Triathalon Challenge shall be Wolf Shirt."

One of the challenges is MS-Paint, Mili. Better watch your back.
