Neighbor across the street is a roll tide guy. Really smart guy, an engineer that has some kind of job that he is not allowed to talk about. I spoke with him about the game, and from his perspective, Bama fans are the most tortured, unhappy, snake bit fans in all of sports. Listening to him, you would think that being a Browns fan is no big deal. They know they have the best team every year and it is unacceptable to not win the championship every year. And when they do win it, they get no joy from it because it was absolutely supposed to happen. Aye-yai-yai.

They successfully ran this place multiple times in that game, twice for touchdowns. I thought they were pick plays personally but I hate Bama so whatever. Ironic that the exact same play was run against them last year by ND and the refs flagged the gaming winning TD in Clemson's favor - now it's not flagged (twice) and they win the NC because of it.
He was blocking. Downfield. Before the ball was released.

I don't see how that's not a penalty. Seems kind of random.

ESPN U is broadcasting a replay of the "ESPN Voices" version of the Nationals Championship. They might want to be careful because this is basically torture and I'm sure it's a violation of the Geneva Convention or some other war crime.

This is absolutely how I feel. I get no joy from a win. Only relief until next week.
